Policy and Procedures

  • Pickering Motors Limited use Close Circuit Television (CCTV) and telematic systems for the purposes of staff and public safety, crime preventions, the prosecution of offenders, addressing employment disputes, or ancillary purposes such as marketing/workshop redesign as per Pickering Motors Limited Security & Surveillance Policy.

    Access to the CCTV system and stored images are restricted to management only. In other relevant circumstances, CCTV footage may be made available to a staff member, Police or other party following a written request and completed application form.

  • For School bus routes, please contact your child’s school or the Coastal Schools Transport Group via the Easy Bus website.

    For regional bus services such as the Connector, Your Connector and Southlink please refer to the Taranaki Regional Council website.

  • At Pickering Motors, we welcome all feedback that can help us to improve the quality of our transport services.

    Making a Suggestion

    If you would like to provide feedback about your experience with our services, please contact us as soon as possible.

    Making a Complaint

    Any complaints will be handled quickly, effectively and in a fair and honest way. All complaints will be treated in confidence. Complaints should be made as soon as possible after the date in which the event occurred, or no later than 90 days of the complainant being made aware of the issue. Complaints can be made:

    • In person

    • By Telephone

    • Through any of our drivers

    • By requesting a copy of our complaints form, completing it and sending to the Manager.

    School buses

    If you would like to record a student behaviour event on a school bus, please do so through the Easy Bus website.
