Pickering Motors is your local rural NZ Post and Coural delivery contractor. From Monday to Friday, we service RD 31, 32, 34, and 35, ensuring your mail is delivered safely to your letterbox and your parcels to your doorstep.

Courier and Posties

We also hold the NZ Post mail and courier services contract for the Ōpunakē and Manaia townships. You’ll spot us zipping around on the postie bike, delivering mail safely to your letterbox and delivering parcels to homes and businesses across both towns.

FAQs

  • ATL (authority to leave) lets our courier delivery drivers know that you are happy for us to leave your parcel in a safe place if you are not home to receive it yourself.

    If you would like to register for ATL, you can do this through the NZ Post website. Alternatively, have a chat with your postie or call our office so we can provide you with a form.

  • If you are wondering the location of your parcel, in the first instance check the tracking information provided by the sender.

    If you still have queries, please contact the relevant courier company (NZ Post or Coural). If there is a delivery concern on our end, we will work with the courier company to help locate your parcel.

  • To enable our drivers to deliver your mail and parcels safely, its important you position your mailbox in a location that is accessible for our posties.
